The Resurrection family of churches (Resurrection, Advent & Ascension) are missions of the Anglican Church of Rwanda to the United States. As such we are particularly connected to the nation of Rwanda. Our churches together are in partnership with a sister church in Nyagatare (Gahini Diocese), Rwanda. The Rwanda Group facilitates our collaboration in ministry through a dynamic partnership, in which relationship is prioritized over projects. Our International Missions Group (IMG) aims to facilitate the sharing of the Gospel in a cross-cultural context, support members of our congregation who have a passion for international service, and care for the envoys who have been sent overseas by the Resurrection family of churches. The Religious Freedom Council exists to serve the persecuted church by providing a place of fellowship for religious freedom advocates and academics from the Resurrection family of churches. It also encourages concern and prayer in our churches and hopefully in others for the persecuted church.
