We are looking for a wonderful woman to fill a room available May 1 in our four-bedroom brick home (”The Parsonage”). The house has two full bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room, finished basement (with washer/dryer). Hardwood floors, working fireplace, and a backyard and front yard with lawn and mature shade trees help make this a lovely home, but the best part about it is the community developed among the housemates!
The small, sunny bedroom that is available has two windows and shares a bathroom with one other housemate on the first floor. There is driveway parking and easy access to major highways in and out of DC. We are also a 1 mile walk to Clarendon or a quick bus ride to Rosslyn. The rent is $525 per month and utilities usually run $80-100 per month depending on the season.
