Easter Sunday morning, April 4, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. join us in Lyon Park for brunch and an Easter egg hunt. Coffee will be provided. If you are part of the Ascension community, please bring a brunch item to contribute. Lyon Park is located at N Pershing and N Garfield.
At our normal worship time on Palm Sunday we’ll have a special service that follows the Passion of Christ in song and scripture. It will be a beautiful and contemplative start to Holy Week. Please join us!
This Sunday, March 28, following the Palm Sunday Passion service, we’ll have our regularly scheduled dinner together. The main dish (fried chicken) will be provided. Please bring a side dish, a dessert, or $5 to contribute to the cost of the main dish.

The Parenting Workshop that was snowed out in February will now be April 24 and May 1. It will be from 9-11 a.m. downstairs at Christ Church. Childcare and coffee will be provided.
This Sunday, join us after church for a baked potato bar. Potatoes will be provided, so please bring your favorite (creative) topping (i.e. chili, sour cream, chives, bacon bits, cheese, ground beef, turkey, BBQ, broccoli, black beans…) or a side salad.
Starting this coming Monday, March 1, we will have a four week seminar series with Christopher Byaruhanga, a guest speaker from Uganda. Rev.
